Instructions

Select and fit the appropriate attachment for desired exercise.

Select workout load
Adjust height of swivel pulley assembly.
   
If required grip handrail for stability.
   
Maintain a smooth, controlled motion thoughout the exercise
   
Exhale as pull, inhale as you return the weight
to the start position.
   
DO NOT hold your breath.
   

Adjust height of thigh pads (feet flat on the floor).

Select workout load.
Select grip – wide or narrow.
   
Pull down slowly so that the bar reaches the upper chest.
   
Maintain a smooth, controlled motion throughout the exercise.
   
Exhale as you pull down, inhale as the bar returns to the start position.
   
DO NOT hold your breath.
   

Select workout load.

Place feet on foot plates, lean forward and grip handle.
Pull back handle until it touches your lower rib cage while arching your back.  Be sure your elbows travel as far backwards as possible.
   
Maintain a smooth, controlled motion throughout the exercise.
   
Inhale as you pull, exhale as the handle returns
to the start position.
   
Do not hold your breath.
