Workout load
Select the desired workout load by using the weight stack selector pin. To increase: Select a lower position on the weight stack. To decrease: Select a higher position on the weight stack.
Seat height To raise: While taking your weight off the seat, lift lever up. To lower: While seated, lift lever up.
Ensure seat mechanism is locked into position before operating the equipment.
Range selector To increase: Pull the plunger, move the handle towards yourself and select starting position. To decrease: Pull the plunger, move the handle bars away from yourself and select starting position. Ensure plunger is locked.
