Instructions

Select workout load.

Adjust seat so that the chest pads are positioned firmly against the upper chest.
Grip inner thigh pads between legs.
   
Using the range selector, set handle to the starting position.
   
Hold handgrips lightly.  Sit in an upright position.
   
Maintain a smooth and controlled motion throughout the exercise.
   
Breathe normally.
   
Do not hold your breath
