Range selector arm To increase: Pull the handle, lean forward, move the roller pad against your back and release the handle. To decrease: Pull the handle, sit in an upright position, move the roller pad against your back and release the handle.
Workout load
Select the desired workout load by using the weight stack selector pin. To increase: Select a lower position on the weight stack. To decrease: Select a higher position on the weight stack.
2.5kg increment To engage: Push the selector handle towards the back of the weight stack. To disengage: Pull the selector handle towards the user.
