Instructions

•

Sit in the seat so that your back is in line with both axis of rotation indicators.
• Select workout load.
• Using the range selector, set arm to the starting position.
   
• Hold the handgrips lightly.
   
• Maintain a smooth, controlled motion throughout the exercise.
   
• Exhale during lifting movement, inhale whilst returning to the start position.
   
• Do not hold your breath.
