•

Sit in the seat and place your feet on the foot rest choosing a foot position.
• Select workout load.
• Hold the handgrips lightly.
   
• Maintain a smooth, controlled motion throughout the exercise.
   
• Exhale during lifting movement, inhale whilst returning to the start position.
   
• Do not hold your breath.
