The 571G Glute Machine is designed to totally isolate the Gluteus Maximus muscle without compromising the spinal regions or knee which many other machines fail to consider. The unique cam profile ensures that the muscle dynamics of Gluteus Maximus are followed so that optimum loading is created throughout the movement. The seat position and lumbar spine restraining strap are designed to prevent inordinate loading through the lumbar spine and pelvis. The rotating pad axis also ensures that the knee remains naturally flexed so that the hamstring group are not activated to assist the prime movers.
