Workout load
Select the desired workout load by using the weight stack selector pin. To increase: Select a lower position on the weight stack. To decrease: Select a higher position on the weight stack.
2.5kg increment To engage: Push the selector handle towards the back of thee weight stack. To disengage: Pull the selector handle towards the user.
Range selector To increase: Pull the handle, move the knee pads closer together and select a starting position. To decrease: Pull the handle, move the knee pads away from each other and select a starting position.
