Seat height To raise: While taking your weight off seat, lift lever up. To lower: While seated, lift lever up. Ensure seat mechanism is locked into position before operating the equipment.
Seat relocation Wheel chair access: To relocate the seat, lift seat arm and rotate (anti-clockwise). Return the seat to its default position after use, ensuring that the seat is locked into position.
Chest pad position To increase size: Pull the plunger, move the chest pad forwards and release the plunger. To decrease size: Pull the plunger, move the chest pad towards yourself and release the plunger. Ensure mechanism is locked.
Workout load
Select the desired workout load by using the weight stack selector pin. To increase: Select a lower position on the weight stack. To decrease: Select a higher position on the weight stack.
2.5kg increment To engage: Push the selector handle towards the back of the weight stack. To disengage: Pull the selector handle towards the user.
