Instructions

Adjust height of thigh pads (feet flat on the floor).

Select workout load.
Select grip – wide or narrow.
   
Pull down slowly so that the bar reaches the upper chest.
   
Maintain a smooth, controlled motion throughout the exercise.
   
Exhale as you pull down, inhale as the bar returns to the start position.
   
DO NOT hold your breath.
