Setup

Seat Height  

Knee Pad Position
To relocate knee pad: Pull the plunger and rotate knee pad downwards.  Ensure knee pad mechanism is locked into position before operating the equipment. Please return knee pad to its default position after use.

 
Seat Relocation  

Workout Load
Select the desired workout load by using the weight stack selector pin.
To increase: Select a lower position on the weight stack.
To decrease: Select a higher position on the weight stack.
