Instructions

•

Adjust seat so that upper arms are parallel to the floor, when holding handgrips.
• Select workout load.
• Using the range selector, set handles to the starting position.
   
• Hold handgrips lightly.
   
• Maintain a smooth controlled motion throughout the exercise.
   
• Exhale as you bring your arms together, inhale as the handles return to the start.
   
• DO NOT hold your breath.
